The legal environment in which trans, gender nonconforming, and gender expansive young people and their supportive parents find themselves is complicated and can be frightening. This information and Q&A session with attorney and advocate Andy Izenson will help participants understand the landscape of state and federal law, think through strategy in support of their child, and connect with legal resources in their state to seek legal advice if needed. This session is open to trans, gender nonconforming, and gender expansive people of ALL ages and their parents, guardians, or caregivers.
